The Beaver Area School District Athletic Department is seeking a qualified, enthusiastic, and
passionate individual for the position of Head Varsity Baseball Coach, who is dedicated to the
growth and development of our student-athletes.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• Previous coaching experience, preferably at the high school or college level
• Strong knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and techniques
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes
• Dedication to the academic and personal development of players
• Solid knowledge of PIAA rules and regulations
• Experience with the college recruiting process
Responsibilities:
• Commitment to the development and implementation of a strong off-season program
• Develop and implement comprehensive baseball coaching strategies
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture
• Plan and oversee team practices, games and tournaments
• Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes on and off the field
• Collaborate with the school’s athletic department and administration
